Refund policy

We accept a 2-day exchange period if the size of the item you purchased doesn’t fit on the condition that the item is returned in its delivered state; not worn, torn or washed and with the price tag. We also accept a 2-day refund period only if the item you purchased is defective. Finally we offer same day try-ins when the item is delivered and the courier will be waiting. However, if you need to exchange an item and the other size you need isn’t available, you can return the item and the refund will be store credit to be used to purchase other items whether from the current collection or the upcoming ones.
